TRIBUTE TO DREAMING DMV by Dreamcatcher Meadows co-owner Jill Giese.
Dreaming DMV (Stable name “Bonnie”) was one of the three “Triplets” by embryo transfer from my foundation Grand Prix Dressage mare registered as “Daisy Dee”, (competed as “Dreamcatcher”) and sire 2002 World Dressage Breeding Champion “Dimaggio (see Reference Stallions and Mares). Her life story is truly a “Black Beauty” tale with several articles written about her (including pending Feb. edition of USDF Connections last page “Tale Ends”). Her claim to fame is not only her survival but that every foal from her entering the competition arena has earned one or many major national awards (born . Bonnie was 2015 NWSHBA Broodmare of the Year and has been nominated for other awards not yet announced. She was the most beautiful soul in the body of a gentle giantess. It was a privilege and gift to have shared her eleven year life from first steps to final breath. Loved and missed by all at Dreamcatcher Meadows. Rest now my beautiful Bonnie – Forever Dreaming.
